Fairytale Vendors

FAQ

What Is The Booth Size?

Each exhibitor booth measures 10' x 10'. If your display requires more space, please consider reserving an additional booth. Due to our limited capacity and the exclusive nature of our vendor selection, we are unable to offer discounts for multiple booth reservations.

Do I Need Insurance or Permits to Participate?

It is highly recommended that businesses obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential risks and liabilities. The specific types of insurance required can vary based on factors such as the nature of the business, location, and whether the business has employees.

In addition to insurance, businesses are often required to obtain various licenses and permits to operate legally.

  • Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License: Required for businesses engaged in activities such as selling tangible personal property, leasing or renting property, or providing certain services.
  • City Business License: Most cities require businesses to obtain a local business license to operate within their jurisdiction.

If your business involves food vending, additional documentation and permits are typically required. These may include health permits, food handler certifications, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Ensuring that your business complies with all necessary insurance and licensing requirements is crucial for legal operation and to protect against potential liabilities.
