Elm Street Market – 10x10 Booth Space

Be part of something new and exciting in the heart of Surprise! The Elm Street Market at the Surprise City Center is a brand-new, high-potential market launching with the full support of the City of Surprise, which will be closing the road to create a safe, walkable, and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Market hours are every Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and each 10x10 booth/food vendor is available for a flat fee of $30. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fresh, growing market with strong community interest.

Please note: power is not provided, so plan your setup accordingly.

We offer two types of vendor spots:

• Resident Vendors: Commit to attending at least 3 Sundays per month
• Guest Vendors: Attend 1–2 Sundays per month

At checkout, please note in the comment section whether you’re applying as a resident or guest vendor.

This is a juried market, so all applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced and high-quality vendor lineup. Please do not purchase without an acceptance email. 

Important Info:

• The market fee must be paid every Thursday before the Sunday market.
• We will be closed on select Sundays in observance of holidays.
